They look like growths from one to seven millimeters, sometimes up to two centimeters long. The shapes of the models vary from point-like or slightly hanging growths to peas. Papillomas can range in color from light beige and white to dark maroon. It is located on the face, neck, abdomen, back, armpits and mucous membranes. Papillomas have the potential to rapidly increase in size and number, gradually developing a cauliflower-like appearance, a condition called papillomatosis. |
